We manufacture on a made-to-order basis, therefore; please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of goods. Delivery lead times are clearly stated under each product description. Once dispatched, please allow up to 5 working days for UK orders, 10 days for EU orders and 15+ for rest of the world unless otherwise specified. Where applicable the customer is responsible for any duty and taxes that may occur. If you have any questions or queries, or any specific delivery requirements (such as same day courier service within the M25), please let us know.

You must return the goods within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs on returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, although you cannot purchase shipping insurance for glass.
In the unfortunate case that your item(s) are damaged or broken in transit, please notify us immediately, attaching a photo to the email and we will do our best to replace them as quickly as possible.
NB. We will not replace the damaged or broken item(s) unless a valid photograph is sent to us.
