We work on a 3-5 day delivery window, please bear with us as there are some delays due to COVID-19. Delivery lead times and product availability are clearly stated under each product description.
Once dispatched, please allow up to 5 working days for UK orders, 10 days for EU orders and 15+ for rest of the world unless otherwise specified. The customer is responsible for any duty and taxes that may occur. If you have any questions or queries, or any specific delivery requirements (such as same day courier service within the M25), please let us know.
We use a third party shipping platform called Easyship who calculate in real-time shipping costs and taxes at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier directly (the one they have chosen at checkout) using the tracking code and details from the shipping confirmation we send you in order to locate, arrange redelivery, collection or anything else. We, at Petra Palumbo, are not responsible for the package once it leaves our premise.

The customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs on returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, although you cannot purchase shipping insurance for glass. Item(s) must be returned in perfect condition.
In the unfortunate case that your item(s) are damaged or broken in transit, please notify us immediately, attaching a photo to the email and we will do our best to replace them as quickly as possible.
Please note we will not replace the damaged or broken item(s) unless a valid photograph is sent to us.
