We are delighted to be working closely with our partners at Feragaia, Scotland’s first alcohol free spirit, and to share our combined story and ethos.
SCOTLAND
The rich heritage of Scotland runs through us and is the place that we both call home. Scotland is world famous for its food and drink thanks to its natural resources, landscape and the skills of the farmers and producers hence why it is home to some of the finest food and drinks brands in the world - Feragaia is the next chapter in this illustrious history, they have opened their very own distillery (the first of it’s kind in Scotland!) that respects traditional distillation methods but combines it with modern thinking.
I take my inspiration from my Lebanese ancestry and the eternally rich heritage of Scotland, the place I call home. My thoughtful collections fuse these strands together to inform my timeless designs and colourful aesthetic.
PURPOSE-LED BRANDS
Both Feragaia and Petra Palumbo are purpose-led, working to create minimal impact on the world around us; from the raw materials used in production, to working with a close knit supply chain along with eliminating use of single-use plastic we are both trying to give back and protect our wild earth as best as we can. I work with ‘Trees for Life’ and Feragaia with ‘Seawilding’ which allows us to work with Scottish charities that focus on restoring vital elements into our atmosphere to offset the carbon footprint of our supply chains.
QUALITY & PROCESS
My designs are practical solutions for the real world that have been carefully constructed and crafted by talented artists. Similar to Feragaia which involves a complex and labour intensive process that must be executed by hand; growing, harvesting, distilling and bottling. In order to achieve the taste and intensity of Feragaia they must use many more botanicals in far greater quantities than you would traditionally see in the production of any alcoholic spirit.
